Classical massage training

In January 2019 i went to one year school learning classical massage and i graduated in December as a professional massage therapist (koulutettu hieroja). It has been very interesting to learn more about anatomy (muscles, joints, nerves, blood vessels) and common musculoskeletal diseases etc. Besides classical massage i have learned a bit on my own about cupping and hot stone massage. In this year 2021 i have learned a bit of dry needling, it is the western version or treating trigger points in the muscles using acupuncture needles. Finally after so many years i can use my passion about holistic health in my work :)
